ABOUT OIL PRODUCTS KZ LLP
Oil Products KZ LLP commenced its refining activities in 08.10.2019 with a solitary crude distillation unit that had a capacity of 57,000 barrels per day. Currently, we have enhanced our production capabilities to reach up to 180,000 barrels per day, thanks to significant investments in debottlenecking and expansion. This advancement positions us as one of the leading oil Refinery in Kazakhstan. Our workforce consists of 210 employees, which includes both our direct staff and contracted personnel.
The refinery's infrastructure comprises several key components, including a Crude Oil Primary Distillation Complex, a Compounding and Oil Products Dispatch Complex, and an Advanced Processing Complex for Crude Oil, the complex designed for the deep processing of fuel oil. Additionally, there is a Heavy Oil Residue Processing Complex that encompasses various processing units, such as the Delayed Coking Unit, Coke Calcination Unit, Bitumen Production Unit, Sulfur Recovery Unit, and Sulfur Granulation Unit. The facility also features a Hydrogen Production Unit and an Oil Sludge Processing Unit, along with significant auxiliary facilities.

Oil Products KZ LLP Trans Service operates a sophisticated oil refinery in Kazakhstan, which boasts a licensed production capacity of over 180,000 barrels per day. The refinery's primary operational units include two crude distillation units, a long residue catalytic cracker, two naphtha treating units, a Merox plant, 4 reformers, and a gasoil treatment facility. It manufactures a wide array of petroleum products, like gasoline, diesel, aviation fuel, fuel oil components, and chemical feedstocks including light naphtha and propylene.
Our products are primarily distributed through the multi-product pipeline. Additionally, we transport products by road to local customers and by sea to more distant locations, ensuring the availability of gasoline, aviation fuel, and diesel worldwide. We export products like propylene and light naphtha from Kazakhstan for use as feedstock in chemical plants, while a portion of our LPG is sent to end users. Furthermore, we import gasoline components such as MTBE and other LRCCU feedstock when market conditions are advantageous.
